These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of My Job Mate. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility
The Service is available to businesses and individuals located in Australia only. You must be at least 18 years of age.

Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. Each account represents a single business and may not be shared across multiple businesses.

Subscriptions and Billing
My Job Mate is offered on a monthly subscription basis. After a 14-day free trial, your payment method will be charged at your selected plan rate. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. GST of 10% is added at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. No refunds for partial months.

Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If no payment method is added before the trial ends, your account will be automatically cancelled and data deleted after 30 days.

User Limits
Each plan includes a maximum number of users. You must upgrade if your user count exceeds your plan limit.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, share credentials outside your business, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Data and Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to data collection as described therein.

Intellectual Property
All Service content is owned by us. You retain ownership of all data you input.

Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel anytime through account settings.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in that month.

Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
