Name, email, and business details on registration; payment information via Stripe; job, client, invoice, and team data you enter; usage and activity logs.

To provide the Service, process payments, send account notifications, respond to support requests, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment Processing
All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/au/privacy.

Data Storage
Data is stored securely via Base44. Each business account is fully isolated — no business can access another’s data.

Data Sharing
We only share data with Stripe (payments), Base44 (infrastructure), and law enforcement where required by law.

Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation, data is kept for 30 days then deleted.
